Founder & Lead Counsellor
"Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your employees, your leadership team, or your wider organisation — the goal is always the same: a safe, confidential space where people can overcome challenges, build resilience, and truly thrive."
— Natalie, Founder
Natalie is an Advanced Qualified Counsellor, Trauma Expert, and Counselling Supervisor — and the founder of Renew & Thrive. What sets her apart is where she started: before entering the counselling profession, Natalie spent more than 20 years working within large corporate organisations, including in senior leadership roles where she experienced first-hand the pressures, complexities, and human challenges that come with leading people and managing teams.
During that time, her natural ability to support, coach, and guide others became increasingly apparent. Colleagues regularly sought her out for advice, perspective, and encouragement — often reconnecting with her years later when they needed trusted support. It was this impact on the people around her that inspired Natalie to retrain as a professional counsellor, and that corporate background shapes everything she does today.
Determined to build the broadest possible clinical foundation, Natalie chose to work in some of the most challenging environments — gaining specialist experience supporting both children and adults affected by trauma, across individual, group, and trauma-focused settings. She is also a BACP Level 5 qualified Counselling Supervisor, providing professional supervision to both newly qualified and experienced counsellors, ensuring the highest standards of ethical and reflective practice.
Today, Natalie works with private individuals and organisations alike — and both are central to what Renew & Thrive is about. Whether someone is navigating a deeply personal challenge or a leadership team needs structured support, Natalie brings the same warmth, directness, and clinical depth. She is known for her ability to build genuine connections with people at every level — and for making people feel genuinely understood from the very first conversation. Where the scope of work requires it, Natalie draws on a carefully selected network of trusted associate counsellors to ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality care.
